HDM Go Kart Cart Racing Motor Oil Overflow Engine Catch Tank Can Kit BLUE Fuel Line

This listing is for one (1) Black Aluminum overflow baffless catch can with 6 feet of blue fuel hose drain line. The main use of this tank is in go kart racing, but can be used in other application requiring overflow protection such as racing motorcycles, bar stool racers, Drift Trikes, clones, ect. The aluminum tank measures approximately 1 1/2" diameter and 4" long (approx 2oz). It is tapped on both ends for 1/8" NPT (pipe thread). There is also a third 1/8 NPT tapped hole near one end of the tank. This item is also grooved in two places on the outside diameter for use of hose clamps to secure it in place. It is typically mounted on a seat strut or possibly a nerf bar. Included with this tank are two hose clamps, one petcock, one 90 degree barb fitting and one straight barb fitting. The position of these fittings shown in the photo are for display only. Fittings willl be shipped loose for installation by the installer as needed. The barbs included accept a 1/4" hose. The hose supplied is 1/4" ID and BLUE in color. This translucent hose is acceptable for use with most race fuels fluids an oils. This 1/4" ID line is supplied in a continuous 6ft length. Installer can cut hose to fit application as needed. This product is designed for use in offroad sanctioned racing only. Racing is a dangerous sport and the fuels involved are highly volatile.
